Reporting a measurement problem

If the ruler seems to measure the wrong size, these details help us find the cause quickly:

• Your device model, or your monitor’s make and size.
• Your browser, for example Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
• The calibration method you used: bank card, device list or screen size.
• What you measured, what the ruler showed, and the real size.

Before writing, check that browser zoom is at 100% (Ctrl+0, or Cmd+0 on a Mac) and try calibrating with a bank card, which fixes most problems.

Requesting a device

If your phone, tablet or laptop isn’t in the device list, send us the exact model name. You can calibrate with a bank card in the meantime; it works on every screen.
